This is one of my favourite sewing attachments - the narrow hemmer foot.

It makes a 1/8th (approx 3mm) double-fold hem quickly and without an iron.

It's also great for making a narrow fell hem.  More on that another day.

Mostly I just made a video for fun and wanted to share it with you.

Nice video!

People, if you want to help Raven, watch her video on YouTube, give it a thumbs up, and subscribe to her channel. That will encourage Youtube to suggest it to more viewers who like this stuff.

Mine too!!! (Among few other ones)
Thank you for sharing.
P.S. I watched some "reviews" on those particular sewing feet where people didn't like it . Strange how some can figure out how to use them while others... Well, you know
Happy sewing I say

I have to admit, I had no idea how to use it properly either, until I finally read the instructions.  Now it's my favourite.

The instructions from the 1910s singer manuals work best for this foot.

This foot is fantastic for making a very narrow flat felled seam without the hassle of an iron.  I use it for undergarments like shifts, chamise, and the petticoats in this video.
