I just put together a new drying box for biochar material last night.  Everything was free except some fence staples for holding the chicken wire, and some deck screws to hold the pallets together.  Pallets, blocks of wood, chicken wire, and biochar material all free.  The box has chicken wire on all sides and the bottom for air flow.
