Hello all -- I’m working on a UX design certification and my current project requires me to design a registration process for a gardening social media site. I’d love to talk to folks who actually garden to get their input on creating this portion of the website. I’ll be asking questions about your experience when signing up/creating an account for a social media site like Permies. If you’d be willing to speak with me over Zoom this week for 20-30 minutes please fill out this form and I’ll follow up with you in an email confirming the time. All responses and interviews will be completely confidential. Link: https://forms.gle/cDFZsL4tTkyY4FjS9

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Please note this is for a class project.

Could you tell us more about yourself and your goals with this?

People here are sensitive to spam and you probably won't get many results with a cold call like this.

Also, a link like that is unlikely to get clicks as most people here only click what they trust.  The fastest way to kill a computer is to click a link to somewhere new.

Hi again, thanks for the heads up! The link is to a google form.

My goal with this was to speak with gardeners instead of assuming I know what folks find useful when signing up for a gardening site. The conversations have proven to be really helpful. Totally understand if you don't want to participate - thank you nonetheless!

Tell me how it all turns out. Here is a tiny ad:
