We drove to town yesterday evening for a little free jazz at a local coffee house (kind of a chet baker/django/grappeli/redman combination).....They did a nice version of "Blue Moon" and that was the first I knew it was one. We saw twelve deer at different spots along the road on the way in at dusk...maybe from the moon but more likely in hopes something grew after our three inch rain thursday.
