Is the same operation that does farmers markets and creates produce for its restaurant.
I guess they were chefs that went into farming to get the best possible produce for cheap.
I'm also trying to set this up on a cheap- and micro-scale. Any comments would be gold.
I also believe that this is very, very promising -- as it pertains to profits, community building, local food and the like.
I also have things like The Ghet on my radar, impromptu unofficial unlicensed social dining in house or social spaces for a multitude of people where money is exchanged. I think in many places this would be very possible. It works in that grey area of not really a business but not really me and my 2 friends.
