I was looking at a great auction site, and found a machine I didn't recognize.
As it turns our, a tilting wet grinder is the normal way to grind grains and beans in India.
There are table top versions, the one I saw was a comercial version, currently going for less than 25 bucks, normally they are worth thousands.
But I really don't know what I need one for.

Oh my!

So many possibilities:
- perfect nut cream
- chocolate
- bean pastes

Reminds me to plan for an entire floor as a kitchen in the next house.
