Does anyone here grow quinoa?

I'm researching this crop right now and looking at it for east texas,it will be tried this spring.Just wondering if anyone is growing it and has been growing it for a while and would like info on harvesting,growing and storeage of the grain.

I'm considering planting it here in Parker County just west of the DFW area this year, as well as lentils. I'm not sure how either of them will do around these parts, but it never hurts to try. I'm not sure where to get seed, but I haven't looked yet.

I put some in last summer, just too hot. I'll be trying again this spring.

I'm going to be planting it for the 1st time time here in SE Michigan, I will report on how it does. Any one who can share any advice on starting Quinoa indoors in 5 gallon pots then transplanting please do share. Can I continually harvest or do all the seeds mature at once? How many days from sprouting does it starts to spread pollen? When a Seed packet says 100 days to maturity does that mean sexual maturity or beginning of harvest, I am thinking it means sexually mature and pollinating, please correct me if I am wrong, and I apologize for hijacking your thread.
