This plant is almost 6 feet tall. Does anyone have ideas as to what it is?

Thank you Alder. I believe you nailed it! I had a compost-in-place barrel there over the summer and it is very likely that some chia seed ended up in there.

That is why I was so eager to identify the plant because I figured it was something that came out of my kitchen.
