One of the ideas that we had to get the permaculture conversation started in the world was to have interesting tees with permaculture concepts on them. The idea is to have one that says that WEEDS are cool, another than says that ROCKET MASS HEATERS are HOT, how about that COMPOSTING TOILETS can reconnect humans to the circle of nutrients on the earth and so on. Our first shirt is the WEEDS shirt with the others designed based on the community's interests. It's all about spreading the word on what can HELP the world, with less emphasis on what the problem is. We get so much of "the problem is...", we need to work on "The solution is..."!

I popped out just now and took a picture of the new mug. I think I should try again taking pictures of both sides with something in the mug. Maybe coffee. Maybe milk.

That is a most beautiful setting! Yeah, something white would be best I guess, but you could try both.

I went to the store. Bought milk. Waited for the rain to stop. The next morning - snow!

Raw milk is currently illegal in montana. This is biodynamic un-homogenized milk. So separation is possible. But it is still pasteurized.

I didnt think this was a hippie movement..I like the concept ,the shirts and mugs and such.

Wow, the land looks more beautiful and green than I expected. Here is a kickstarter idea - maybe fly - maybe won't - will take time: create batches of native wildflower seedpellets in attractive envelopes/containers. It would require some experimentation. Maybe it's been done already. Maybe someone is stealing this idea right now.....

Problems, for example, include how to get the pellets to hang together - adhere - without adding so much water that they want to germinate.

Also which species would make a nice permie guild eg an N-fixer, multiple pollinatees, attractive colors and forms, medicinals, etc. Off the top, I would say blue flax, gaillaridia, columbine, lupine, others. (secret!) These are all common, easy to collect in the wild or buy online, and I know they can be prodded to germinate easily from personal experience. From what I have read, the technique is gather the seeds together, surround them with rich local soil, then bind them together with clay. Plenty of local clay hereabouts.

This may not meet the 25 day deadline, because it wouldn't come together quite quickly, unless you know someone working on something like it already, but eventually it could work.

I wanted to order a weeds "resistance is fertile" t-shirt but it looks like only smalls are available. Will you be making more mediums (or large if they run small) anytime soon in the darker colors?

A friend bought me the mug for Christmas and I love it. I'd also love to have both versions of the t-shirt BUT. . . I haven't been a Weight Watchers Member long enough to get into even a medium, especially if they run small!! I vote for large and XL at least!! PLEASE!!! If not an actual shirt how about being able to buy downloadable copy for making a transfer sheet on the printer? Don't know how much that would cost you to do so I have no clue what you'd be charging.
Just an idea.
