Hi all,

If I see how much Insects in Thailand getting eaten (by locals) and how much get selected out and fed to the Chickens I am really surprised that people with free Range chickens still buy so much supplemental feed.

Moringa and other fast growing trees give the salad to the Chicken feed trap below.
This trap catches pounds of Protein every night.

All you need is a frame, a bucket and a good LED Light... here you go.

I tried to make the bucket more shallow so the chicks can help themselves buy somehow more bugs managed to rescue their way out.

I also folded the plastic sheet later into a vertical triangle for more surface above the bucket.
Its arguable if that was an improvement as there are good and bad catching days..

Enjoy building

I’ve often thought of doing something similar.  Its good to see one that works in practice!
