We bought land in Eastern Washington,  Pateros area last year. It's in an area damaged by the Carlton fire complex. We are looking for a permaculture partner and homestead caretaker. We have busy city jobs and have little time to develop our future permaculture homestead. We are hoping we can find someone who can help us develop the homestead in exchange for free room and board. We will provide and buy the materials to buy what is needed to build the buildings and structures, gardens, and animals. Our family visits the property once a month and can help with the projects. This will be ideal for someone who would like to develop their permaculture skills on a property and have all materials provided for them. They can sell what is being produced in the homestead and maybe start thier own enterprise in the land such as a market veggie garden or flower farm. We just ask that everything be done using permaculture principles.  I've taken s PDC course this year and ideally we will make the plan I drafted in the course come to life.  If you are interested,  let me know and we can talk more!
