According to this article in Mother Earth News, West Georgia Precessing is adding a custom poultry processing line in spring 2013. The red meat processing side is insepcted under the Talmadge-Aiken, and the article says the state is training the inspectors, but it's unclear if the poultry will be certified for interstate commerce or just Georgia.
