Hello everyone! Our family will be moving to West Virginia this spring, and we are looking for a rental while we find a home to buy. A rent to own situation would be extra amazing. Open to anywhere in the state. If you have any leads of homes for rent (3-4 bedroom ideally) or that will be going for sale (5+ acres ideal, but less may be ok) this spring/summer please let me know.
We are happy to help with permaculture improvements in the rental.

Getting very close to the move and still looking for a rental.
Rent to own meaning, we rent for 3-6 months with the option to buy if it is right for us.
