Anyone know what this bug is. It’s kinda worm like but has legs like an insect. Thanks for any help

Ok that’s what I had came up with looking online but wasn’t 100%. There are lots of lady bugs in garden this year. When my spinach bolted the stems/flowers got covered in some sort of aphid and lady bugs slowly wiping them out.
