Organic field fertilizing amount

I have found a place that has reasonably priced organic fertilizer. 6-3-0 it’s a slow release. Should I be concerned at all about the lack of potassium? The other fertilizer I found had potassium but it is a bit higher and only had a small amount. 5-3-2. It is not extremely more but would come in a 2000lb tote which would be a major pain. It’s not extremely higher and I’m making a trip near both places this week with rain in the forecast in a few days. If there’s no major concern I’d rather use 50lb bags and save a buck or two

What say you?  

The one with potassium is pelletized chicken manure and honestly I’m half paranoid after my grazing encounter. 100% the other will have no chance of that.

You obviously know my compost is shot. I’m utterly surprised at the lack of response / the telling me there’s no hope of my other thread. Somebody please remind me why this path is better. My grass does not agree with you
