Hi, I’m Jim

Over the past decade, I have traveled extensively for work and pleasure. Each new place has left an impression on me on where I’d like to land in the future.
Most recently it has been Central America and Southern Europe.

Most places, I have volunteered on farms and small holdings to obtain the essence of the area. I have liked most places but I’m not sure if any have been the right fit or maybe it wasn’t the right time.

Now I’m at a juncture in life in which I’d rather be tied to an area and the surrounding community. Ideally with a small farm, livestock, orchard, etc…
And most importantly, someone to share  time with who is seeking the same.

I’m open to most areas as I haven’t planned on the next destination.

I'm upbeat and curious,   I like tranquility, to study & read about health, nature, education, current events.  I read everything.  I LOVE intelligent conversations and surround myself with energizing, positive, kind-hearted, and responsible people,.

I enjoy the aroma of a hot cup of freshly ground and brewed coffee, I enjoy cooking and entertaining, I love to eat well.

I am Happy, Nurturing, Good Listener, Health-Conscious, Energetic, Enthusiastic.

I like people who are Clean-Cut, Loyal, Intelligent & Respectful.

It takes many hours, weeks and even months to really get to know someone. Let’s enjoy discovering the people that we are now.

Would like to hear your voice, sooner than later, I know for this may be uncomfortable.  I want to know that your vitality and your energy will be a close match with mine.

Looking forward to meeting and to the possibility of an enduring  friendship and energizing companionship, or something all together new. And whatever it is, it is a WIN because we’ve made an amazing new friend. Life is short, live it now.

I’ll attach a photo from this past week. I’m not much for posing for the camera and this photo may be as close as I get to a camera.
This was taken outside a grist mill in Sudbury, MA.

Hello,
I am Amélie, French Canadian, 42, living in the Carribean of Panamá, with my 11 yo daughter Scarlett, work as a  musician, dive master, and totally passionate about design, construction and permaculture.
I have one hectare of land here and I am planning to build and move out there this year.
It's a big project for me alone and I'd really want to share it.
This is my email if you feel like knowing more, and also I can't figure out how to post a picture here...
Greetings from Bocas Town, have a beautiful day!

Hi Jim, cool post. I'd love to hear about some of your travels. I'm up here in MI, with a couple family members on our farm. I'll have to scrounge a picture from somewhere. I'm pretty camera shy.
Have a fantastic day.
Amber

Hi Jim, I’m Dawn. Your post peaks my curiosity and interest. Based on reading your post, it seems like we  have a lot in common. I would enjoy getting to know you. I’m not a fan of selfies (camera shy) but can send photo if helpful. I’m 5’2”, blond hair, green eyes and in good shape. I like/prefer to be active.

Talking is always my preference but happy to start where it feels most comfortable. Email: dlhuff20@gmail.com

Hi Jim,

You don't mention your age.  I'm in Western MA with a nice farm, grid-tied solar, livestock, forest garden, vegetable garden, greenhouse, chicken flock, livestock guardian dogs, etc.  I wish you the best finding a partner but without having a sense of your age I don't want to express interest.  Vitality and resilience is important for my lifestyle so I understand you asking about that.
