Nom.

Butter
Small carrots you have just thinned out of the carrot rows
Garlic, grated
Honey
Salt and pepper

  • Add butter to pan on medium heat and let it ”boil out” until it stops foaming
  • Add your carrots to the pan
  • Roast for 5-ish minutes until they have some color on them
  • Turn the heat down a bit, then add garlic
  • Mix it around but don’t let the garlic burn
  • Turn the heat off and add honey
  • Mix the honey in, then transfer the carrots to a plate
  • Add salt and pepper on top
  • Enjoy the sweet and salty goodness
  • Go thin out some more carrots because it was so delishhh and you want to make more
  • Repeat until you have no more carrots to thin out

  • Edit for typing errors. I’m also dreaming about honey roasted carrots again..

Funny, when I was thinning the carrots I was thinking how I really don’t like doing it and planned on making those toilet paper seed strips.. But now.. I could go and do some thinning, for a nice evening snack.

The flights to Finland from the USA are so freakishly expensive that I recommend making your own.

Unless you have figured out the teleportation technology.. Then I’ll make you all the carrots you wish to eat.

PS. Fullgrown carrots (even storebought!) work fine too, just slice them to smaller bits.
