Riverbed Ranch, Utah, is growing strong on an old 1,245 acre alfalfa farm. We currently have 131 co-owners and 41 of those have moved in and live there permanently.  Most are still living in RVs while they build out their homesteads.  Three or 4 homes are finished, including mine.  (Well, the interior isn't fully painted yet).  Anyway, here's a video showing some construction projects underway:
