Does anyone have a recipe for blackberry root syrup? I lost mine! I know there is a book in my library that has the recipe... somewhere... but it isn't online. I had a young student helping me today, and it was an astonishing idea that there would be any information in a book anywhere that wasn't also and more easily available on the internet, so I felt bad when I couldn't produce the book. I'm re-imagining it with oven-dried root bark, followed by boiling for some time in light syrup.
