Wow, amazing!

I've seen where homesteaders in the US will use woodchips in an aboveground pen, but not using sawdust and not using cultivated microorganisms.

They describe digging, filling and
emptying a very deep pit,  which sounds like a lot of work.
I can imagine moving the pigs between a series of shallow pits, and planting each pit in turn.
Keeping the whole thing above ground would make it easier to harvest the compost for later.
Putting a hoophouse over it could be good , with enough ventilation.
