Organic/Permaculture Farm in Costa Rica Seeks Housesitters

I have a beautiful 7 acre organic/permaculture farm in Guanacaste near Tilaran and Lake Arenal in Costa Rica. It's simple, beautiful, springwater, no electricity at the moment but it's on the way. - Anyway, my girlfriend is there right now and we need somebody there pretty much right now. We need people that both can do some work and housesit. Here is a description she wrote about the place:

We would love to connect with you about housesitting. We have both lived and worked in organic farms for years. We have been living in Colorado for over 20 years, but Carlos is a Tico, so we're here in Costa Rica to visit with his family while exploring the possibility of staying. A question we have is how much community is there close by? Also what types of markets/opportunities for creating some income.

Hi - I posted this ad long time ago and right now I have no travel plans - but it's always interesting to connect with new people and potential housesitters  - anyway, Costa Rica is a good place to be in these changing times -
My farm is a very beautiful place only 5 min. from Tilaran and close to lake Arenal, no comercial production, for the house only - making a living as an organic farmer is tough - did it in NY for a year.
Plenty of options to grow  more on the property though.

I have an herbalist with some permaculture experience and lots of organic gardening experience. I have friend who winters in Costa Rica and plans to move there.
I would love to talk more about growing native plants and medicinal herbs on your farm for about two to four years.
