I had an idea that is working a treat, I used a glass lid from the kitchen out in the garden to help start seeds. Doing this, I learned a good deal of how composted wood chips compares to the sand for starting seeds. You can see in the sand how those not where the condensation is from the lid how they struggle to grow while those getting the water are growing like crazy... I will do this again but dig deeper in the soil to get wetter sand and try again. But this is alfalfa that is growing here, and that is something I love to see growing!!!
