The land has not yet closed. It's due to close on May 31. And yet we are excited to start planning workshops as we build. To that end, we have some questions about interest levels.

seed balls and polyculture guilds - selecting and creating seed mixes (polyculture guilds, especially perennials) for riparian, dry, and other micro-climate areas, and creating seedballs for optimal survival and broadcasting into draws or other remote property zones.

IF you would be able to:
  • travel to the site in Montana
  • have the funds to pay a workshop fee
  • be able to take time off work

  • we want to hear from you in this thread.

So, IF you fit the three criteria above, please reply and include:
    (a) how many podcasts you've listened to
    (b) whether you would be willing to camp in a tent
    (c) what time frame works for you - 1/2 day, 1-2 days.

Workshop space will be limited, so those responding here will be given priority registration once we actually close and have more details nailed down.

So this was a bomb (in a different kind of way).

Maybe this might be a useful (small) component of a working vacation-style camp as mentioned in another thread. Thoughts?

This seems like a workshop that would be better taken on the road. Or better yet, recorded as a video and sold on DVD or via download link. I'd pay $10 to watch that video!
