We are trying to keep our garden as organic as possible. I just bought a soaker hose to keep my watering targeted to the garden. I noticed that it's made of recycled tires. Has anyone ever heard of any concerns with this? I'm just wondering if there are any chemicals that might leach into the soil.

You will not have more chemicals with this than with any other stuff.
Some people use tires for building walls or stairways.
Some put soil and potatoes in them.

Recycling is great!

And organic means "with carbon". Then, we are not in charge of the chemistry in there. Let it be.
You can also trust the soil for cleaning when there is not too much of something.
