Blueberry starters got frostbitten - Any chance they're still alive?

Hi all. I planted some small blueberry starters outside a few weeks ago. Amended the soil, watered them in well, etc. I read somewhere that they can be planted in cold conditions so I didn't think much of it. Then a late frost happened and 4 out of 5 of them lost all of their leaves. (I didn't cover them - argh!)

My question - Are they toast? Or is it possible they can start over again if the roots are intact? My one hope there is that I mulched them all in under a thick layer of straw. However, I don't want to keep tending them only to find in a couple of months that they've gone to that big compost bin in the sky.

Thanks in advance for any insights!

I don't feel it will take two months to find out if they will make it.

My suggestion would be to hope that the roots are okay and that some of the remaining canes are okay.

I feel you will soon find out.
