I'm just a farmer that dose not like the old school chemical ways that I grew up with. Well I also own a large bakery. I'm a long time reader and most of the permaculture things I have tried over the years have worked great.

We sell freezer cows, eggs, chickens, ducks, wild ginseng, and vegetables in bulk. We also do weddings and private parties.

Were close to being off grid. Our house is all solar power, cable internet, solar heating, and a wood boiler. Our shop is connected to the grid and produces about half’s it's energy from solar.
