Eliot Coleman and his un-heated/heated greenhouse commercial crops. Business? Here are more than a few ideas if you are in the cold climate. This is terribly interesting. 2 hours in duration. Please leave comments and get a thread going.

As said, this is very, very informative and I have watched through it twice. My home being at 58 degrees N this is exactly the kind of information-packed seminar recording I look for. Much recommended if you have a snowy cold climate for 2-4 months a year.

Now with winter in the Northern hemisphere I thought this particular video would be good to bring up again as a usefull recource.

Watched a few minutes but will have to finish it later when the kids aren't doing their schoolwork. Off the wall observation. His voice seemed familiar and was driving me nuts for a couple of minutes until I remembered. He sounds a lot like the guy from the tv series Alf.
