Sometimes I like how youtube knows what I like!
I stumbled across this video of a Danish Food forest - looking so lush and productive this summer despite a rather poor year weatherwise.

From the channel:

The food forest is approximately 3500 m2 and we have a total of 1,3 hectares of garden. The food forest has about 300 different edible plants, trees, fruits, berries, herbs and perennial vegetables + a variety of helper plants and some just for joy and beauty.

I'm looking forwards to browsing more of Carsten's videos!
