This guy was a pig farmer and kept being squeezed out by Big Meat in his CAFO. He felt bad about animal cruelty, health and polluton. The he switched to growing mushrooms.

Awesome, great article! Thanks for sharing. Factory farming is destroying small towns along with our overconsumption of meat.
