Personally I am a little down on the FTCLDF at the moment. They judiciously advised our farm market board that allowing pickup of raw milk shares at our local farmers market was illegal. That ended up pushing out a raw milk farmer from the market completely, and greatly impacting my ability to distribute my raw milk in a high profile market setting. Now we are back to backroom distribution of raw milk, despite raw milk shares being an established legal platform in the state of Colorado.

If they arent going to defend our farm-to-consumer rights, what are they doing?

In the past I have been a big advocate of the FTCLDF, and have financially supported their work. It seems that their willingness and/or ability to maintain strong positions in defence of farmers to distribute their legal products to consumers is not what it once was. This is too bad, as they were instrumental in the establishment of the Colorado Raw Milk Statute in the first place. You could say I am disappointed. And my farm, and my local customer base is too.
