Stirling engine home made working... with rocket stove design.

I have been following this build and I am very impressed with the results he is getting with his setup.

He surmised the anthracite  was a bit too dense for his particular engine, and it's clearly running better with lower quality coal. But I wondered about his choice of wood, and if seasoned white oak or locust would improve performance.
