Most of the rainforest species are going to be similar throughout the Amazon, regardless of whether you're in Brazil or Peru. I'd be curious to see what works well in the area.
Looking at your list, there are a few online stores I know that sell these plants and seeds, but you need to have the plant health certifications to export to Peru, and I don't know if stores do that. here are a few that came up.

There was a great small company that sold seeds that closed during the pandemic, unfortunately....
As for fruit and such, I think it depends a lot on where your friend is. Some of the things on your list (uvaia and boldo) are more dryland plants that grow here in Southern Brazil-- where we get frost and are closer to penguins than to the Amazon. I don't know how they will grow up in a hot jungle climate.
As for fruit and your nhame tubers, I suspect there are plant health concerns about bringing these things back across the border into Peru- they need to check the rules or could end up having trouble.
