This past week I prepared several pounds of garlic for honey ferments for friends who are suffering from all the tree pollen.  And yes my fingers are a little sore.  But I was gifted with a pair of loose woven gloves with "rubber tips" on the fingers and small "dots" down each finger and onto the palms.  It made this chore a lot faster.  The smaller cloves I just rubbed back and forth in my palms, it really worked well removing "most" of the skins.

Hope this may help.

Peace
