For all of you who are growing the tasty snap and snow peas, did you know that the leaves are edible?  I just learned that from a friend.  Going to put them into my stirfry.  Love it when most of the plant is edible!

This past winter was my first real time of going for microgreens.
I used dried peas from the grocery store and we had great rounds of pea shoots for several months. Usually got 2 cuttings from each batch. So tasty and easy to do.

Well Duh!  I've bought pea sprouts, but never thought of using the ones from the garden - so thanks for that piece of info.
