Here is something from long ago.  Fresh sliced and diced cantaloupe (or any melon I would think), dusted with a coating of powdered sugar, with a Borage flower, and into the dehydrator.  These tiny bits of Summer, floating in a cup of tea while the snow is falling, well I don't think it could get much better.

Ahhh, fresh Peaches might work also

Peace

I dehydrate watermelon and cantaloupe - have tried both salted and unsalted - and we love it, for a summery winter snack! It tastes like a promise!
