Maybe in 2005 a friend bought a case of Red Feather Cheese and gave me a couple of cans.   Anyway, I was cleaning out some old home canned stuff in the basement and stumbled on the 2 cans.  I opened one.  It was still good.  It tasted like a Swiss.
