Series 2, Lesson 37: Corn
In this video, I tell you about the medicinal properties of corn silks, leaves and roots.  Sweet corn is not only delicious, but it is powerful herbal medicine, especially for bladder infections, cystitis and urinary stones.  It also lowers blood pressure and blood sugar and has some anti-cancer properties. I also tell you the proper way to cook sweet corn.... most people do it wrong!
