Yup, thought a lot about it. They are not necessarily inexpensive, but to go from nothing to enclosed shell in a day can be worth a LOT to a new homestead.
The house finishing, plumbing, electrical are all fairly easy and straightforward. The sticky part is foundation. Most of those are just set on the ground, or on simple blocks with no concern for frost heaves or wind. They really need a decent foundation for your climate and ground conditions with proper hurricane straps or tie-downs.
