Jennifer C.-D. & Permies Cloud : Do not be disappointed in the slow start that you are off to! Looking at newly posted threads will only alert the few numbers of people
that have posted to THAT THREAD!

Visiting older posts that have many responses from other people and then adding a simple Related question, or observation will automatically send an e-mail
to everyone of your fellow members that ever responded to any of the related comments posted on that thread!

Try that, In addition to this Thread which will pay you dividends slowly for years into the future !!

Besides the search function 'click on' above you in the Permies toolbox, located between the 'Permies banner', and the 'Permies video of the day' if you look at my
signature line it directs you to the similar threads, located at the bottom of this page. The computer selected them because . .. . .well, because they are similar!

Visit them and post a specific comment, everyone of these members will get an e-mail alerting them of a message from J. C.-D., ''-And Bob's your Uncle !'' BIG AL !

In typing this up I became more alert to how the Permies Forum/Threads Process works, this will probably help several other people ! A. L.

Hi Jennifer. Here is a facebook link to a permaculture group called green triangle in Cleveland. https://www.facebook.com/groups/2207810278/ One of their members gave a permaculture presentation here in Mansfield. Seem like good people. They might know someone local that could help. They have alot of members. I'm in the same boat as you. I've watched the dvds but never made one myself.

Big Al,
Thanks for the info and encouragement!! It is greatly appreciated!! I'm very thankful that you're willing to help us newbies about!!

Adam,

Thank you for the link I'm on it right now! We're just west of Oberlin so only about half hour from Mansfield. I wish we would've been able to attend the permaculture presentation you mentioned. We love learning as much as we can!!

Thank you again both of you!

I have never been to Oberlin. They had the permaculture presentation on earth day. It went well, so hopefully they will present it again next year. I will let you know if they do. Keep us updated on your journey with the rocket mass heater!

On my planet I'm considered quite beautiful. Thanks to the poetry in this tiny ad:
