So... when I was unable to attend the International Permaculture Conference and Convergence in Cuba last month, due to Indiegogo prematurely reporting my fundraising efforts to the US State Department, I was disappointed, but I consoled myself that those who did attend would be posting lots of information after the conference. I looked forward to video recordings, or at least notes and photos.

A month later, there's been nothing. The forum created for that purpose on permaculturenews.org is empty and waiting: http://forums.permaculturenews.org/showthread.php?17428-IPC-2013-Cuba The official Web site for the conference has been taken over by a cybersquatter and so no longer has any information.

Did anyone out there attend the conference? Have you heard from anyone who attended? Are they alive? What happened?? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

I would LOVE to hear more about this as well. Can't believe I missed out on going to Cuba.
