Neem oil is one of the more expensive ingredients in Michael Phillips' holistic orchard spraying program. I am going to need to scale up with the new plantings, probably going to use a couple quarts. Any recommended sources?

Soaper's choice has it for about $5/lb.

ETA: But I am not sure if it is certified organic.
