Hello,

Does anybody have some seeds of the Solanum torvum (turkeyberry) for me?
Maybe we can swap.

PS I live in Germany.

Thank you!

That is interesting! I've had spiny plants increasing in number each year in my garden and they do look a lot like the photo but I believe mine are Carolina nettle which is also a nightshade. I was hoping it might be an edible nettle but my research indicates that mine are poisonous. I have a difficult time growing eggplants for some reason but these things love it here. I'll have to learn more about all of them. I see these turkeyberry bushes get quite tall compared to my weeds.

Hello Bill, that plant looks also a bit like the sticky nightshade (lichee tomato).

Hallo Rob,

Hi Rob, thats a link, where you can buy the seeds. Unless you need huge quantities, it's probably less expensive to buy there, than swap seeds in USA and pay the shipping.

Hi Ludger,

Its probably cheaper to buy it by sunshine-seeds, thank you for the link!

Grüß,
Rob
