Need help from friendly permie in Germany

Hi all,
I would like some help with a rather odd thing. I finally found a source within the EU for Nelumbo lutea seeds! Yay! Only problem is, the seller is based in Germany... and won't ship outside Germany, even to other EU countries. Sigh.
So, the thing I would like help with is rather obvious: That you, nice Germany-based permie, act as an intermediary, receive the seeds and send them on to me (in Sweden). As far as I can tell this should be perfectly legit, seeds don't need plant passports within the EU, right?
I will of course pay both the seeds and any shipping costs. If you wish, we could also treat it as a seed swap, if there is anything I have or could get that's interesting to you. (Edit to say that any "swap" seeds would be in addition to me paying for the lotus seeds, as thanks. Just to be clear)

I am not in Germany right now, but when I get back I can certainly do this. (probably this year)
