Che fruit

After about 10 years, I finally got to taste my first Seedless Che.   It was Ok but not my favorite fruit. . I may not have picked it at the exact right time. It looks like I might get about a gallon of fruit if the birds don’t find them.   How is it usually used?  I think I might try a banana bread recipe.

Do they freeze well?
