Looking to start a small group in Southern Oregon, outside Grants Pass-Cave Junction area. 20 acres with a year round creek near the National Forrest boundary. Must have or be able to engage in a viable income generating work. Rent is affordable and work exchange available. No power or septic at this time, however, that is in the plan; Must have a motor home or camp trailer. Internet may be available. 2A friendly; Prepper's encouraged to apply.
