58 SWM seeks single woman to join me on my little homestead in Manitoba.

Well it took longer than I thought, and not as much land as I wanted but, got 3/4 acre cleared land plus 1/4 for the 2 br mobile home, camper and a couple outbuildings, enough
room an space, to grow and build a nice little mini homestead,  even the well is hooked up,  so its a full acre , 300 yards from the lake in Manitoba, right on the edge of a small village, so at
least there's a pharmacy within 30 minutes walking, now i'm open to and looking to find a single lady/friend/companion, and build together and enjoy some of what nature gave us,

ohh did I forget , got 2 apple trees, a young plum tree and lots of cranberries outback. fishing ias just a short walk away,  
so  yes I'm open minded, easygoing, and would love to talk. friendship/companions/more i'm open to discussion.

well this is my place, lets see I got 1 Siberian apple tree, 1 small plum tree just getting first couple plums this year still small, 1 normal red apple tree and out back there are twenty cranberrry tree/bushes,  and mmm lions mane mushrooms, can only do so much alone, but I got my 2 br mobile home, a 30' 2008 jayco expandable , 2 sheds, 1 covered corral port, best thing was the main shed has its own breaker panel so that gives extra ability to expand power to the 30' 2 br full  suite jayco camper, I even cut and built a door tied to my smaller 18' camper, and still even with the well everything is on just 1/4 acre leaving the whole remaining 3/4 acre wide open and ready to discover an idea for it.   the red line on top view pic is the property dimensions what I like its full corner acre,  and only 1 residence on other side of road  to the east 300 yards away lake winnipegosis.
