I show you how to semi-cure a pork chop with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper and garlic.  This is absolute powerhouse herbal medicine and also knock out delicious. You cannot buy food this good in any restaurant, but you can make it at home for about a dollar!
