I just heard about putting kimchi on tacos.

So I tried it! I love kimchi!

Are there any other lovely fermented things to put on a taco?

It’s so good I might even try one day eating kimchi…………….without a taco. Very strange, I know!

Kimchi on tacos, as good as can be
Spicy and steaming, with sweet corn and beans
And softest white masa so kneaded and pushed
And flattened with rolling pins and fragrantly cooked.
So lovely the taste, with corn white and blue
And yellow and red, all the colors I know,
These wonderful colors for Girbot to eat
Shall verily be consumed, and consuméd by ME.

If ever one spoke of a lovelier food,
Its flavor to me is quite thorougly unknown,
For tacos with nettles and tacos with groundhog
And tacos with raccoon-meat I gaily shall eat.
And tacos with snakeskin and tacos with snake,
And tacos with bracken I’ll happily bake;
Pokeberries I’ll add and pokeflowers I’ll eat
To make me jump up so dreadful high from my seat.

Tacos, tacos, good to eat
Cook me up an April Fools Day treat!

Oh, no! Too many tacos!!! What will we do with all the tacos?

There are tacos with bacon and tacos with bear-meat,
Tacos with small birds, and one filled with rat teeth.
Tacos with compost and brackish sea-mud,
And tacos of stone that drop down with a thud.

But moreso I lament for the bad luck I’ve found
In wishing on a skillet with nothing to gain.
For I had all I wanted, I’ve wished for more
And now I cannot eat all these tacos on the floor.
O skillet, O skillet, please stop this abuse!
For I wished not for such things, but bad fortune I’ve found
In wishing for more and not offering thanks.
My skillet, good skillet, please cease thy expelling!

In all this diversity I’ve found some adversity,
Some gems to uncover and some horrors that confound.
When I wished for so many, such tacos I’ve found
Which perplex all the wise ones and stupefy crowds.
O skillet, O skillet, I solemnly plead
That you stop your exhaling and expelling of food
And things not quite food, such things unwanted
Unrequited and unneeded by such as myself.

Ooh! Good idea!!!

What if Gir Bot just opens up the kimchi taco and bakes it? Does that count as kimchi pizza? Or does Gir need to add lizard eggs and buckthorn berries?

Soft shell taco and extra cheese.

Or crumble kimchi taco on pizza.  More bacon more cheese

I remember that Passover food is matzoh and maror.

I think that this sounds a lot like a taco.

I also remember that Passover is tonight.

Too many tacos, but Gir cannot help making some more! This time, they’re full of garlic mustard and burdock leaves!

Bacon and gobo root (burdock) make a very tasty snack and help calm the stomachs

Gir is very much needing a calmed stomach. Thank you for the suggestion.

Is whistlepig bacon good for that too? Gir has one here in a big jar…
