I'm trying to find someone who could help develop land while I am not there in person.Looking for someone that can help with things like putting in a well, getting the soil ready for gardening, installing solar, just look after things.  It's for a piece of property 5 acres in the Ozarks of Missouri in Reynolds county.

I'm trying to find someone who could help make it suitable to live at while I am not there in person.Looking for someone that can help with things like putting in a well, getting the soil ready for gardening, installing solar, just look after things.  It's for a piece of property 5 acres in the Ozarks of Missouri in Reynolds county. The goal is eventually to get it suitable for a small disabled friendly community in nature, have greenhouses, gardens, power, water, decent roads. I just wanted to clarify the intention, I was not able to delete my first post.
