Getting into the purple deck kickstarter support forum

First, try to get to the support forum https://permies.com/f/525/

98% of the time, the reason that you cannot get to the support forum is that your kickstarter email address is different.  Simply add your kickstarter email address to your permies account:

get your kickstarter email address from your kickstarter settings:







then add your kickstarter email address as a secondary email address for your permies account:
